These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of paperkappal.com and to the services provided by Paperkappal Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), including website design and development, mobile app development, e-commerce development, digital marketing and WhatsApp automation. 1. Use Of This Website

2. Quotations And Project Scope

Every project starts with a quotation or proposal that explains the scope of work, features, timeline and cost. Only the work listed in the approved quotation is included. Any new features or changes after approval may be charged separately and may change the timeline.

3. Payments

• Payment terms, including advance and milestone payments, will be as mentioned in your quotation or invoice.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per law.
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the agreed date.
• Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid plugins, app store fees, payment gateway charges and advertising budgets are paid by the client unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide content such as text, images, logos and product details on time.
• Make sure you have the rights to use all content you give us.
• Review and give feedback within a reasonable time so the project can stay on schedule.

5. Timelines

We share a clear timeline for every project and work hard to deliver on time. Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and payments from the client on time. Delays from the client side may extend the delivery date.

6. Ownership And Credits

After full payment, the client owns the final design and content created specially for their project. Third-party tools, themes, fonts, plugins and libraries remain under their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio and add a small “Designed by Paperkappal.com” credit in the website footer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Support And Maintenance

Support after launch will be as mentioned in your quotation. Additional maintenance, updates or new features can be provided under a separate plan.

8. Digital Marketing Results

We use proven methods for SEO, social media and advertising campaigns. However, search engine rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, such as Google updates and market competition, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation Of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect loss, loss of business or loss of data caused by the use of this website or our services, or by third-party services such as hosting, domain providers, payment gateways or WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
